Six apps that come with the mailbox.
An account gets a calendar, a word processor, a spreadsheet, somewhere to keep your files, a place to hold meetings, and encrypted team chat. They use the same account and the same contacts as your mail, so there is nothing extra to set up and nothing extra to pay for.
Calendar
A calendar that reads the invites in your mailbox. An invite arrives as an event you can accept or decline, not an .ics file you have to open first.
- Day, week, and month views, with your working hours marked.
- Invites you send show who has replied and who has not.
- Free/busy lookups across the people you are inviting, so you can pick a time that works.
- Subscribe from Apple Calendar, Outlook, or anything else that speaks CalDAV.
Slate
Word processing. Write a document, share it with a link or with named people, and edit it at the same time as they do.
- Two people typing in the same paragraph see each other's changes as they happen.
- Comments sit in the margin and can be resolved.
- Version history, so you can read an earlier draft and put it back.
- Export to PDF or Word; import a .docx you already have.
Tabular
Spreadsheets. Rows, columns, formulas, and the same sharing and history as Slate.
- Formulas recalculate as you type, including across sheets in the same file.
- Multiple tabs in one file, with named ranges.
- Sort, filter, and freeze rows or columns.
- Import and export CSV and XLSX.

Chest
Your files, kept where your mail is. Drag something in from your desktop and it is there on every machine you sign in from.
- Folders, drag and drop, and a search that looks inside what you uploaded.
- Share a file or a whole folder the same way you share a document — a link, or named people.
- Documents and spreadsheets sit in the same folders as everything else, so there is one place to look.
- Deleted files wait in the trash for thirty days before they go.
Nook
Video and audio meetings in the browser. A meeting has a link; people open it and are in. Nothing to install.
- Screen sharing, and an audio-only mode for a bad connection.
- Meetings created from a calendar event already have their link in the invite.
- Chat during the call, and a list of who joined and when.
- Dial in by phone where you need it.
Townsquare
Team chat, end to end encrypted. Channels and direct messages for the people in your organization — with the messages readable only on the devices they were sent to.
- Nobody else can read a message. Not us, not the server it passed through — the keys never leave your devices.
- Channels for a team or a project, and direct messages for everything else.
- Your colleagues are already there: the workspace is your organization, so there is no separate list to invite.
- A desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux — which is what keeping the keys off the server requires.

They share one account
These are not six separate products you happen to be signed into. A meeting link comes from the calendar, the calendar comes from your mail, and a document you share goes to the same contacts you write to.
One sign-in
Your mailbox login is the login for all of them. No separate accounts to create or keep in step.
One contact list
The addresses you write to are the ones that autocomplete when you invite someone to a document or a meeting.
Included
They all come with a mailbox. There is no separate plan and no per-app charge.
